January 1, 2010 - SURVEY ON THE SPOT posted a survey in support of the TSA. This survey was developed and is being hosted by us as part of On The Spot Systems' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The survey will allow air travelers to provide survey feedback as they complete security check-in at all US airports. We are currently working with the TSA to coordinate the delivery of this information to them.

January 6, 2010 - Finale Desserterie in Boston goes live with their Guest Satisfaction survey on SURVEY ON THE SPOT. The survey is being promoted at the dessert/take-out counter, with check inserts and on register receipts. Consumers receive a $4 off a $20 purchase reward that may be used on a future visit. The reward is stored omn their iPhone in the SURVEY ON THE SPOT "Reward Wallet."
