Instructions to reload SURVEY ON THE SPOT on an iPod

Note: The instructions below are for iPods setup by SURVEY ON THE SPOT for your restaurant.  

1. Slide finger from right to left to display the screen with Settings
2. Press SETTINGS Scroll to General and press General
3. Click on Restrictions
4. Enter your security code #### code to unlock
5. Click on Installing Apps to change it to ON
6. Press the menu button on bottom of iPod
7. Locate the App Store application and click on App Store
8. Enter SURVEY ON THE SPOT and click SURVEY ON THE SPOT
9. Click on FREE then INSTALL
10. Enter iTunes password xxxxxxx then press OK
11. Display will say loading and installing then return to main screen
12. Run SURVEYS Click OK to location question 
13. Press menu button
14. Run SURVEYS
15. Click OK to location question
16. Press menu button
17. Run SURVEYS - location question should not appear 
18. Press menu button 
19. Click on SETTINGS 
20. Scroll to the bottom of SETTINGS and click on SURVEYS 
21. In Autostart URL field press the white space to bring up a keyboard
22. Enter start?code=_____________ and press RETURN (note code will vary based on your location and usage)
23. Press menu button
24. Press SURVEYS and confirm that the desired list of surveys appears 
25. Press menu button 
26. Press SETTINGS 
27. Scroll to General and press General 
28. Click on Restrictions 
29. Enter your security code #### to lock 
30. Click on Installing Apps to change it to OFF 
31. Press menu button 
32. Press and hold SURVEYS until it jiggles 
33. Drag SURVEYS to the bottom of the screen 
34. Press menu button to stop jiggling
35. Swipe finger from left to right to go to the page with the Clock icon
