You can use Survey On The Spot to encourage loyalty program registrations right from the survey and your customers can receive loyalty bonus points for completing your surveys. We integrate with Sundrop Mobile Loyalty and The Customer Connection, and other loyalty programs.

How It Works with Sundrop:
- The first survey question asks the customer to enter their receipt number from a recent purchase (or, your staff can enter that information for the customer before taking the survey device to the customer)
- The second survey question invites the customer to join your mobile loyalty program by entering their 10-digit mobile number.
- When the survey is complete, the customer’s information (receipt number and mobile number) is transmitted to Sundrop, who matches the information to your POS transactions and sends the customer an SMS text welcoming them to your loyalty program.
- Sundrop then takes over, driving your customer through complete registration and social media connection.
- On subsequent visits, follow the same process and customers will earn loyalty points based on their receipt amounts when they complete your survey again. You’ll be able to see their survey response trends over each visit.
