Real-time reporting enables you to view individual survey submissions or aggregate data for a broader strategic overview. Our reporting tools make it easy for managers to gauge how well they are performing on a specific day, or after a longer period of time for deeper analysis. Data is easily viewed online and can also be exported to excel or as pdf files in an organized format.
You can track the progress of your surveys and the effect they've been having on your business. For example you can track the response to new menu items or create performance ratings for various team members. Employees who get a lot of positive feedback, or any other day-to-day operational aspects of your business can be hilighted on a regular basis.
