Survey On The Spot is used by conference attendees to garner valuable feedback and insight for conference organizers into various aspects of the conference. Surveys typically cover everything from the registration process and individual sessions to feedback on the facilities and the conference as a whole.

To complete the Survey On The Spot surveys during a conference conference attendees with iPhones are encouraged to download the free Survey On The Spot app from the App Store. All other smart phone users use their browser to go to the www.surveyonthespot.com mobile site to take the surveys. Attendees typically receive a survey code with the conference name that they must type in to activate the individual survey.

The Survey On The Spotservice provides conference organizers with real-time, user-friendly analytics and reporting as the results come in. Survey results will help identify the strengths and weaknesses of a conference, providing a foundation for developing future conference content.
