The healthcare industry provides excellent opportunities to take advantage of Survey On The Spot's on-site feedback system.
Given the changing nature of healthcare, understanding patient service standards is of critical importance. Patients frequently have the ability to choose their healthcare provider for both day-to-day and specialized procedures, so the ability to deliver excellent service is a critical deliverable.
Survey On The Spot can be implemented using iPads, both in a kiosk mode or as a feedback tool handed to a patient as they leave the medical center. The advantage of the system is that the service providers on your team will know exactly how they performed in delivering the services required for the patients healthcare needs. Any issues that may arise can be addressed immediately before any other patients are impacted by a similar issue.
The system also provides and easy to use scorecard that can be used to discuss performance with your healthcare team.
Survey On The Spot gets you feedback when you need it, while a patient is still in your faciity or office.
